What is Your Turn Around Time?

We aim to send you an offer within 48 hours. There are some itineraries that may take longer based on their complexities, however, we always aim to send our offers over to you as quickly as possible.

How Do We Support Large Groups on Ground?

A team will be present on ground to manage all suppliers and the group during the entire stay.

Does Europe Incoming Manage All Suppliers?

Yes we do. We look after all the service providers in the itinerary from start to finish.

Who Do I Contact in Case of an Emergency?

All emergency numbers are listed on your itinerary.

Can I Book Entertainment and Av Equipment With Europe Incoming?

Yes you can. We have experience in selecting the best artists and AV equipment/ setups for your MICE event.
