Can you help us to book external venues for Gala dinners?
Yes, we can book external venues for your group from 20 guests to 1000+ guests. We can also arrange Event Setup, Catering, Logistics and Entertainment during Gala dinners.
Can you provide on ground support for MICE movements?
We do give on ground support for large MICE groups, checking each point so that the group can be executed with ease. We are also available 24/7 on phone and in person during an event to resolve any emergency situations.
Can you deal with Top VIPs with personal chauffeurs?
Yes, we provide 1st class transportation with one dedicated driver who is experienced with dealing with VIP clients. We can also provide a personal assistant that can assist the VIP (not a 24hour service).
Can you provide personalised merchandise?
Yes, for example we can provide company logos on face masks, water bottles or clothing. Whatever the requirement is, we can provide it.
Can you provide entertainment?
Yes, we provide all sorts of entertainment. From formal entertainment such as musical bands to informal entertainment such as DJs, belly dancers and magicians, we are flexible to our clients’ requirements.
Can you provide motivational speakers?
Yes, we have a network of motivational speakers available for client events. These speakers hail from many different walks of life, from successful businessmen and women to those who have achieved success in a sporting environment.
Can you arrange gifts?
Yes, we can arrange your corporate gifts, gift wrapped and delivered to meetings, conferences or hotel rooms.
Can you deal with many different dietary requirements?
Yes, we can we will work with the caterers to ensure everyone’s requirements are met.
What set ups can you provide for conferences and meetings?
We can provide set ups in any style with all technical equipment and breaks, we can provide a technician throughout your conference or meeting if you wish.
Can you provide themed Décor?
We have provided varied themes in the past, for example Great Gatsby, Moulin Rouge etc.
Can you provide team building?
We can provide corporate team building, leisure teambuilding at all locations tailor-made to your needs.
What specification are your coaches and can they be company-branded?
All our coach suppliers are carefully chosen and all coaches are no more than 3 years old, they are all equipped with A/C, Microphone and DVD/ CD player. All touring coaches also have a toilet facility. We can wrap coaches to display your company logo or anything else you need.
