Experience the rich culture and scenic beauty of Portugal on this 5-day journey. Begin in the historic town of Évora, exploring its iconic landmarks and enjoying a wine tasting and a traditional Alentejo cooking class. Then, travel south to the stunning Algarve coast, visiting the charming town of Silves, the scenic Monchique Mountains, and embarking on a boat tour to the famous Benagil Cave. The trip concludes with a relaxing farewell dinner before departure.

Itinerary
Upon arrival at Lisbon Airport, a private transfer will take the group to Évora, a charming historic town in the Alentejo region. The group will check in at the hotel and have some me to refresh. Lunch will be on their own at a local restaurant. In the late afternoon, there will be an optional leisurely walk around the historic center to get a first glimpse of Évora’s charm. The day concludes with a welcome dinner at a traditional Alentejo restaurant or hotel.
Overnight in Évora.
The day begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a guided walking tour of Évora, covering landmarks such as the Temple of Diana, Évora Cathedral, and the Chapel of Bones (admission fees not included). The walking tour ends at Praça do Giraldo, where the group will have lunch on their own at a nearby restaurant.
In the afternoon, a private transfer will take the group to the Winery for a wine tasting. The visit includes an introduction to the winemaking process and a tasting session featuring a selection of local wines. After the experience, the group will return to their hotel in Évora. The evening is at leisure, and dinner is on our own.
Overnight in Évora.
Aer breakfast at the hotel, the group will travel to a countryside farm for a hands-on cooking class. During the experience, they will learn to prepare traditional Alentejo dishes using fresh, local ingredients. The session concludes with a meal featuring the dishes prepared during the class.
Following the cooking class, the group will depart for the Algarve. The drive takes approximately two and a half hours, leading them to the coastal town of Lagos. Upon arrival, they will check in at the hotel and have time to relax. The evening is at leisure, and dinner is on our own.
Overnight in Lagos, Algarve.
The morning starts with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a guided tour of the hidden gems of the Algarve. The group will visit Silves, an ancient town known for its Moorish castle, and the Monchique Mountains, where they can enjoy panoramic views of the region.
Lunch will be on their own in a picturesque Algarve village before continuing to Lagos Marina for an afternoon boat tour. This excursion explores the dramatic coastline, including visits to sea caves such as the famous Benagil Cave. The boat tour also provides opportunities for dolphin watching and admiring the stunning cliffs of the Algarve.
After returning to the hotel, the group will have some time to relax before enjoying a farewell dinner.
Overnight in Lagos, Algarve.
Following breakfast at the hotel, the group will check out and transfer to Lisbon/Faro Airport. The drive takes approximately two and a half to three hours to Lisbon airport. Upon arrival at the airport, the group will prepare for their departure flights.
