Yes, we can provide a tour manager throughout the tour in the chosen language. The Tour Managers are experienced, knowledgeable professionals.
Can you tailor make itineraries?
We are flexible – if your customer has an existing itinerary we can make suggestions to reinvigorate it. Alternatively we can take a blank canvas and discuss new ideas in line with the client interests and budget.
Can we add different modes of transport?
Yes, we can add trains, ferries and private vehicles to any coach tour, we have even added helicopter transfers in the past!
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and we can also accept credit card payments in some circumstances.
Our group will arrive on different flights, so can you arrange different transfers?
We understand that sometimes its hard to get everyone on one flight therefore we can make adjustments and arrange private transfers that deviate from the group.
Can you manage group extensions or pre-stays for certain passengers?
Yes we can.
Are your coaches comfortable?
All our coach suppliers are carefully chosen and all coaches are no more than 3 years old they all have a/c, mic, DVD / CD player. All touring coaches also have a toilet facility.
Do your guides speak different languages?
Yes, we can provide guides in almost all languages, which will need to be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Can you organise religious tours/pilgrimages?
Yes we can. We can also organise Choir Tours as well.
Can you organise Halal/Kosher tours?
Yes, we have itineraries and suppliers that specialise in this and we ensure all religious requirements are met.
Can I book apartments, villas & aparthotels with you?
Yes, we can arrange all types of accommodation all over Europe.
What star rating of hotels do you use and where are they located?
We work with many hotels from 3-star upwards, located in the city centre, semi-central or the outskirts, we can accommodate the clients’ budget whatever it may be. We work with boutique hotels, large hotel chains and independent hotels. We also work with hostels, student accommodation and home stays.
We want to experience the local culture, can you arrange this for us?
We want our guests to have a unique experience and to live the destination like a local. Our team is on hand to suggest amazing ideas and experiences all over Europe.
Can you cover experiential tours?
So that our clients differentiate themselves from other local competition, we pride ourselves in organising out-of-hours or behind-the-scenes visits at a wide range of attractions. Yes, we do provide transport pass products at competitive rates for example London Travelcards or Oyster Cards, Swiss Pass, Paris metro tickets.
Do you do pre and post tours for cruises?
Yes we do a significant amount of work with cruise lines, we arrange anything from daily shore excursions to multi-day pre or post cruise itineraries all over Europe. We are experienced in liaising with port authorities to ensure the disembarkation of the guests runs smoothly and efficiently.
