Itinerary
Arrival at Vienna Airport, where the group will be welcomed and transferred by a private coach for the entire tour. Enroute lunch at a restaurant before proceeding to the hotel for check-in at the standard time. In the evening, embark on a scenic Danube River Cruise, taking in the beautiful views of Vienna from the water. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Vienna.
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for a guided city tour of Vienna, exploring its historic landmarks, including the Ringstrasse, Hofburg Palace, and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Continue with a visit to Schönbrunn Palace, Austria’s most famous imperial residence. Lunch at a restaurant before heading to the gala venue for high tea. The evening features a gala dinner at the hotel with a DJ, with event setup managed by an external event company. Overnight stay in Vienna.
