Bank transfer and credit/debit card payment is available. Bank accounts are available in EUR and GBP. All cards apart from Amex are accepted.
Payment is due 10 days prior to the first cancellation deadline. If a reservation is booked inside 10 days of cancellation deadline, upfront payment is required. Flexibility may be possible subject to your booking requirements.
Standard cancellation polices are 72 hours prior to travel. Some policies may be higher or lower subject to the services included. Full charges apply inside 72 hours. Any changes to your policy will be advised at the time of any confirmation.
Any service cancelled outside of the cancellation deadline will be refunded in full. We can hold this balance as credit for future use or send the payment back via the same method used to provide the initial payment.
We provide 24-hour emergency service and are available to help with any issues at any time of the day. We are on hand to help with any issue big or small.
